It is all about one just cause: driving around in your Renault 16 automobile with the knowledge that your car is in ( almost ) superb condition. Some are very lucky: they are able to acquire a R16 in very good condition, others are maybe even more lucky: they manage to drive around in the same good R16 automobile they could buy more than twenty years ago. And there are those who - because they are investing a lot of time, knowledge, endurance and money - are able to transform their Renault 16 from a more or les mediocre condition in that almost perfect condition. Hereby we invite everyone to send photographs of his/her pride and joy to zeepaardje@renault16.com. But above all we urge all those who are busy with or have completed the restauration of their Renault 16 to send us photographs about it. A comment about what and how you have done with restauring the car and how satisfied you are with the results ( especially in the long run ) is ofcourse very welcome. In this way you will have the opportunity to put your very own R16-project on the site and it also functions as a source for those who are thinking of or are coping with restauring a Renault 16. The web lay out and keeping it up to date is in very good hands since the beginning of 2002 so : please don't hesitate and make a contribution in the honour of the famous Renault 16 automobile!
